All orders placed on a weekday, before 1pm will be dispatched the same day.  Any orders received after this time, at weekends or Bank Holidays will be sent out the next working day.

Every order is sent out using a signature based service to ensure delivery.  As such, please refer to your dispatch confirmation email and ensure there is somebody at the delivery address to accept the parcel.
